We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver, so to keep it safe, we take an average of the following:

• All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 business hours

• Shipping will take around 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We ship to around 75 countries.

• Yes, we ship all over the world. We currently ship to 65+ countries. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

• Currently, Free Shipping applies on orders over 85€.

• We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals on shipping.

• We exclude countries we cannot ship to from checkout. This means if you are able to check out, we can ship to your country.

• Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also check your order on our tracking page: www.aftership.com/track

Returns and Exchange

• You can return a product for any reason within 14 days guaranteed. No questions asked.

• We do not charge a return fee.

• The customer only has to bear the return label cost.

• By simply sending us an e-mail at info@toruss.com or through the contact form.

• Our support team will guide you through the return process.

• Once we receive your return, we will refund you the day the return package arrives.

• It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.

• In some cases, we offer cashbacks to prevent any hassles with returning products and to compensate for any dissatisfaction.

• When the cashback is approved, it will be reflected in your bank account within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email about this.

• All our clothes are based on standard sizing, and most of the products come with a tailor-made size chart. We strongly recommend getting 1 size bigger to create a better (oversized/straight) fit.

• Our shoes & loafers are true to size. Keep in mind that loafers don’t have laces; they will need to fit tightly. If you are unsure about your size, take one size down for loafers to make sure they fit perfectly. We recommend going down 0.5 size if you normally have half sizes for a better fit. To find your perfect size, please check the foot length in CM/INCHES provided. These are 100% accurate with the shoe.
